What does the audit cost?
The AI Business Opportunity Audit will be $999 after the founding pilot round. You receive a ranked opportunity map, business case, risks, recommended system, and 90-day roadmap.
Do I have to hire you for the build?
No. The audit must be useful on its own. You can implement the roadmap internally, hire someone else, or ask Kargela Studio to scope the highest-value build.
What kind of business is a fit?
Owner-led service businesses with a real workflow problem, access to the people and tools involved, and a willingness to change how the work gets done. Healthcare is welcome, but not required.
Does every solution use AI?
No. Sometimes the right answer is a cleaner process, a form, a dashboard, or better connections between tools. AI belongs only where it improves the result without creating unnecessary risk.
Can you still build a website?
Yes. Websites remain one implementation capability. If the audit shows that the customer journey or website is the bottleneck, the Build Sprint can include a new site or rebuild.
